Potassium

This mineral is a fundamental part of cells and body fluids. It helps to sustain vigorous cells, standardize heart rhythm and soothe heart pressure. It also helps to avoid blood clots. This supports cardiovascular health and reduces the danger of stroke and coronary diseases. The mineral also helps to maintain other organs in the body in fine stipulation. Potassium helps to maintain suitable metabolism and muscular power. Insufficient potassium can cause exhaustion and muscular weakness.
