Souvla, a Greek restaurant, located in Hayes valley of Sans Francisco is evolving into a perfect spot to dine in. This Restaurant is getting an increased public attention as it gives you the opportunity to dine yourself, it makes you feel like you are on a trip of food ventures.
What most attracts about the restaurant is the simplicity of its menu; they actually serve spit-fired meat in two special ways; mesmeric sandwich and magnetic salad with a bewitching smell that really pulls ever passerby.
One can enjoy both or anyone of them with a glass of Greek wine. And who can forget about dressing of the fabulous meal, pea shoots, mizithra cheese and harissa-spiked yogurt.
They will bring the order to the table and here their work will be done for if you want to fetch another glass of wine or anything else, you will have to go to the counter, nobody would be standing beside your table to serve you or disturb you, you have to serve yourself.
I am literally drooling over the meal, people living around Hayes valley are lucky to get that appetizing meal.
