Twitter looking to make extra money as of videotape ads

The San Francisco corporation place on a garish occasion in New York on Thursday to launch the latest video ad trait to marketers. Headlining the occasion was recently chosen chief executive Jack Dorsey and chief operating official Adam Bain.

will put six-second ads  called pre-roll ads  in front of the video clips uploaded by publishers and come apart the income with publisher. Twitter did not say what its cut will be, but technology information service Re/code pegs it at 30%.That's alike to Google-owned video service YouTube, but YouTube takes a 45% cut. Twitter is aiming to squeeze additional dollars out of video ads as it faces slowed down user expansion and appointment. This week Twitter rolled out a fresh "Moments" feature intended to make the service more welcoming to newcomers. More pre-roll video ads may make more money for Twitter but it leftovers to be seen how users react.
