rise in sea-level due to humans

We all know that climate changes and melting of ice caps and glaciers cause rise in water level. Recent study has shown that excessive usage of water by humans is also affecting sea level. During the latter half of the twentieth century, water level rose about 1.8 millimeters per year. This data was recorded from the tide gauges. Water reservoirs like huge dams balance the water cycle but there still there are many other factors which are causing sea-level rise every year. This is not a good sign regarding safety of globe. Humans should also consider such issues which are neglected. If proper attention is not given to issues like these, humans will suffer a lot.
