Television gets high ranking for online video viewing in US

In the United States the online video fans prefer big screen televisions to computers when it comes to video viewing according to a report released on September 25 by NPD Group. The factors involve gaming consoles, internet connected televisions, online entertainment and streaming services.

The portion of US consumers watching online video mainly on televisions rose to 45 percent from 33 percent a year ago while that of a computer screen dropped to 31 percent from 48 percent according to NPD.
