People living in country side are more likely to go through Alzheimer's disease

Scientists have found out that people who were born and those brought up in rural areas were at greater risks to suffer from Alzheimer's disease as compared to those from towns and cities

The cause of the trend is unclear, the researchers suggested factors like access to health care, or exposure to certain substances in either the country side or in cities might have played the role. It's a form of dementia that affects more than 800,000 in Britain and the number of sufferers is to be double by 2050 due to ageing population.
