Now scientists have increased benefits of eating nuts.Nuts are underestimated as alimental snacks-mostly almonds,cashews,walnut which have been related to lower the risk of  heart disease, cancer ,reduces cholesterol level and protects against Alzheimer’s disease.

Researches have found that eating 10 grams of raw tree nuts lowers the peril of mortality. This doesn’t mean you should go for peanut butter as it contains additive ingredients such as salt and vegetable oils, which is not found to be associated with lower risk of death.

Nuts should be added to your diet because it provides you a baggage of plenty of proteins,fiber,unsaturated fats, important vitamins and minerals.

The benefits of nuts are so wide-ranging and encompassing. Pigging out nuts everyday is the healthiest way of eating enough protein, stay fresh and protect yourselves against chronic diseases.
