that millennial travelers are more interested in
exclusive holiday services than the boomers. A survey of 1,000 people
aged 18-67 was conducted, which shows that Millennials are more interested to
look for the hotels with the premium services like dry cleaning (32%), pet
friendliness (23%) and spa or massage services (30%). Furthermore, 19% of the
millennial travelers say that it is a deal breaker if the hotel is not near the
public transportation. The general manager of Chase Card Services said that Millennials are
a tech savvy generation that are concerned with convenience, luxuries,
opportunities and social connections; this is the generation of travelers that
sees the benefits of travel rewards.
