Lot many clinical evidences proved the fact that
Aspirin plays an important role in treatment of cancer. According to a new
study, the patients taking aspirin are 50% less at risk from dying of bowel
cancer; the study shows that aspirin prevents the disease to spread. Aspirin
blocks the influence of proteins and COX enzymes associated with various types
of cancer. According to a study published in British Journal of Cancer, taking aspirin after the
surgery does not only promote the endurance in patients but also aid prevention
of disease. The new study inquired tumurous tissue
from patients with the colon cancer and results showed that among 999 patients
there were 18.2% aspirin users and the rest were non aspirin users; one more
test showed that among 817 patients 48.5% of the patients were non aspirin
users; while taking aspirin after the colon surgery saved 53% of the patients.
The experts say that aspirin intake for the age of 45-50 for 20-30 years can be
more helpful as in the older age cancer rates rise higher. Have a look on conference report presented at Royal Society
of Medicine that clearly depicts the relation between aspirin intake and cancer
prevention.
