Detox diet has always been considered to eliminate the toxins from the body but a recent study reveals the fact that it’s better to take a glass of water and enjoy good sleep than to use Detox diet which is just a waste of money and time. A group of scientists believe that instead of relying on raw vegetables and fruits and avoiding caffeine and sugar to cleanse the body chemicals; all we need is a good sleep and glass of water.  Although, detoxing is common and still popular as the people think by shunning the poisons like caffeine and sugar, they can purify their systems, gain energy and lose weight but in the meanwhile Gwyneth Paltrow, a Hollywood actress, has adorned the virtues of £50 hot chocolate. Contributing to the guide, a toxicologist Alan Boobis said that our body has its own detoxification system which is remarkably versatile and sophisticated. Different studies unveil different facts related to the Detox diets and it is still a mystery.
