ease stress.

It has been analyzed that single class of yoga cuts mother’s
anxiety and two months of classes reduce her levels of stress. After a
remarkable feedback from the mothers, experts have called NHS to offer free yoga classes
for the pregnant women. Yoga involves relaxing techniques; yoga sessions are
adapted for pregnancy to ease pain and strengthen the body. The researchers
from Manchester University have gone some way to prove that yoga has a
potential to help pregnant women who are feeling anxious; thus, it is necessary
to keep them active, improve their physical health and strengthen their
emotional health.
