eating habits; less consumption of junk food and more consumption of fruits and
vegetables, is compulsory for a physical and mental healthy life. Official guidance reveals the fact that five
portions of vegetables and food are essential but recently the health experts
recommended that it must be seven to ten. In addition, it has also been
reported that people only intake 3.9 portions of fruits and vegetables or even
the figure fallen 2.9, which is totally unacceptable. Health experts suggested
raising the prices of junk food and cutting down the prices of fruits and
vegetables so that the people have easy access to healthy food. Lack of
vegetables and fruits has serious impacts on the health of people giving rise
to type 2 diabetes, heart disease and obesity. Defra, the Government’s food and

rates of fruits and vegetables has been analyzed since 2007 and the poor
families spend 12% less on vegetables and 18% less on meat since 2007. These mounting prices can have the hilarious
